  Where to begin. Do not bring your pets there if they do not treat them as pets they only want your money trust me trust me the worst experience of my life and probably my baby boy's life Not only was nothing done for him in an hour and a half but I was told by the receptionist and the technician and ultrasound and blood work would be done an hour and a half later the doctor tells me none of those were done but i listened to his heart snf he has a huge murmur snf i neef to give permission for chest xray and heart ultrasound.. I clearly said no over and over again and she kept pushing to get it done and I said no he's being treated for that condition already I want to know why he's not eating and I want to know why he's not drinking water and why he's sleeping all the time not that you listened to his heart. I demanded to see my cat and she said that's not possible and so I said in a raised voice give me my cat I'm going home. Needless to say as I was walking down the hall voices were raised she demanded that I get back in the exam room so she could explain plans and my options and I said no cuz nothing was done there are no options and my plan is to get my cat and go home I asked the receptionist to check me out she said I have no charges I said you're kidding me that is not what I want to hear from you right now you should go in the back and get the charges and then come back out front and checked me out I don't need to hear that you do not have the charges get my cat get my charges get me out of here as I'm speaking loudly looking up at the ceiling like God help me now because I'm going to take a fit and the receptionist had the gall to say don't disrespect me by yelling at me excuse me but no one was yelling at you I had my voice raised while I was looking at the ceiling talking to God yelling get my cat get my charges get me out of here. how does that disrespect you miss receptionist? So as I'm typing this I am not proofreading so I hope you guys get the idea of what I was feeling and the lack of services that I received and that I was not treated for what my cat was brought in for nor did they even find what was wrong with him as far as him not eating not drinking and sleeping all the time. When I left that office I called the office asking them for a detailed exam report because I was going to follow up with his regular physician and they told me that there is no report and I was like what? She said that they email I want to know what the doctor found during her exam what was her finding the subjective which is what I gave them the objective is what she saw the the assessment and the plan of action and they cannot provide me with that which I find absurd appalling and to me disrespectful so what was I paying for what what did I pay for just to walk in the door are you kidding me walk in the door walk out the door $140 you did nothing for him you gave him no fluids you gave him nothing. I will call the BBB make my complaints and I will call any other society that I can to make this complaint

  What an incredible experience, they immediately took our dog who dislocated his knee. They were attentive, honest, trustworthy, and everything you would hope from an emergency for yourself. They treated us better than I've been treated at hospitals.
